Clinic Manager

I‌ ‌joined‌ ‌the‌ ‌team‌ ‌as‌ ‌Clinic‌ ‌Manager‌ ‌in‌ ‌June‌ ‌2020.‌ ‌ ‌I‌ ‌grew‌ ‌up‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌UK,‌ ‌and‌ ‌relocated‌ ‌to‌ ‌the‌ ‌US‌ ‌for‌ ‌my‌ ‌husband’s‌ ‌work.‌ ‌We‌ ‌have‌ ‌lived‌ ‌in‌ ‌Duvall‌ ‌since‌ ‌2006,‌ ‌and‌ ‌feel‌ ‌very‌ ‌blessed‌ ‌to‌ ‌have‌ ‌been‌ ‌able‌ ‌to‌ ‌raise‌ ‌our‌ ‌two‌ ‌sons‌ ‌in‌ ‌such‌ ‌a‌ ‌caring, ‌‌close‌ ‌knit‌ ‌community. ‌ ‌Joining‌ ‌the‌ ‌Duvall‌ ‌Advanced‌ ‌Family‌ ‌Eyecare‌ ‌team‌ ‌has‌ ‌felt‌ ‌like‌ ‌coming‌ ‌home, ‌‌as‌ ‌everyday‌ ‌I‌ ‌play‌ ‌a‌ ‌part‌ ‌in‌ ‌providing‌ ‌care‌ ‌for‌ ‌old‌ ‌friends‌ ‌and‌ ‌new‌ ‌ones.‌ ‌ ‌I‌ ‌love‌ ‌hiking‌ ‌and‌ ‌camping‌ ‌in‌ ‌my‌ ‌hammock,‌ ‌but‌ ‌when‌ ‌at‌ ‌home,‌ ‌you‌ ‌will‌ ‌likely‌ ‌find‌ ‌me‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌kitchen‌ ‌trying‌ ‌a‌ ‌new‌ ‌recipe,‌ ‌curled‌ ‌up‌ ‌under‌ ‌a‌ ‌blanket‌ ‌with‌ ‌a‌ ‌good‌ ‌book‌, ‌or‌ ‌playing‌ ‌with‌ ‌our‌ ‌English‌ ‌Bulldog,‌ ‌Delilah and Rosie, our English Mastiff! ‌ ‌

I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and moved to the Seattle area in 2011, when my husband was transferred for work. I am excited to be a part of Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare and enjoy helping patients to see and look their very best. When not working I enjoy exploring the country in my RV with my family and 2 dogs.

I have lived in Washington my whole life. I have been working in the optical field for the last 25 years and am pleased to have found my home at Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare. I enjoy working with the latest lens technology and love to offer patients that sensitive touch when adjusting their eyewear to a particular fit.

​​​​​​​When I’m not at work I love electronic dance, ski at every opportunity and relax by playing video games.

Optician

While I am new to Washington, I am not new to the optical industry. I have over 15 years experience working for both large corporate optical companies and private practice. When I’m not busy helping to give the gift of sight, I enjoy traveling to new places and cheering on two of my favorite baseball players from the bleachers. I am excited to be working with the amazing staff in this office and to meet all the patients in this new place I call home.

I am a native to Washington State. My husband and I have lived in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley for over 39 years where we have raised our two sons. We have a cabin in Leavenworth where the family often gathers to ride quads, play in the snow, sit at the campfire, and let our two grandsons and five yellow labs run wild! I enjoy most all outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, crabbing, and hiking. I love to garden and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the beautiful mornings. I am proud of the friendly and professional service that the Duvall Family Eye Care team delivers from the moment you walk in the door!

I have lived most of my life in Washington, and my family is based in Snohomish, which we love. I have worked in the medical field for the past 20 years in a variety of capacities from Medical Assisting to Director of Operations. Coming to Duvall Eyecare has given me the opportunity to get back to working locally and with patients again. When not at the office you can find me with my big family doing anything outdoors, from hiking and camping to fundraisers for the Down Syndrome community.

Optical Technician

I grew up on the beaches of Southern California but have been in the PNW for over 30 years. When not working, my son and I enjoy traveling, cheering on our local sports teams or being active in the outdoors hiking, fishing, and camping. At home I'm spending time with my dogs and chickens, gardening, cooking, baking or curled up with a book. I am excited to be a part of the team at Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare and look forward to spending more time in this great community.

I've lived in Duvall my whole life and love being part of such a friendly, close-knit community. Growing up here has given me a real appreciation for the people and the sense of connection this town has to offer!

When I'm not at work, I'm usually relaxing with a good book, playing video games, or spending time with friends and family!

I was born and raised in Monroe, Washington. I am currently working towards my BS in Applied Counseling and Psychology from ASU online (Go Sundevils!!). I live with my parents, three cats: Zeppelin, Jerry, and Sunshine, and three dogs: Casey, Alice, and Sasha. When I'm not at work, or at home working on school projects, you can find me at the gym with my mom, going out with my boyfriend, or at my favorite artists' raves and concerts in Seattle. Self expression is a value that is extremely important to me. I like that at Duvall Eyecare I get the opportunity to not only express myself, but help others express themselves by empowering them through their vision. I'm grateful to have found not only a new career at Duvall Eyecare, but also the amazing work family that comes with it! I look forward to serving our local community!!

Patient Care Coordinator

I joined the Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare team in 2021 and enjoy working with and helping people in the community where I’ve lived for more than 20 years. When I’m not working, my time is spent gathering with family and friends, walking our dog on the family tree farm, and keeping up with our active teenager. Whenever given the chance, I love to travel but also enjoy any opportunity to get outdoors with all the Pacific Northwest has to offer, from skiing in the winter to paddleboarding in the summer.

I have grown up in the area and really enjoy this community. My primary role in the office is working with billing and insurance, but you will also find me helping at the front desk during check in. When I am not in the office, I enjoy baking, playing ball with my kids, or exploring new places around the PNW. We particularly love our long weekends in Chelan a couple of times a year.

I grew up near the beach cities of Southern California, lived in Arizona for a few years, then moved to Washington due to my husband's job. Our family has been in Duvall since 2006, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to be working in the city we have grown to love. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time relaxing at home with a challenging puzzle or working on a diamond art project. I also savor coffee, catching up with friends, and going for walks with our Havanese, Ziggy.

Remote Insurance Specialist

​​​​​​​I grew up on a small farm in Snohomish, where we raised cows and pigs. Once I got married, we moved to Lake Stevens, where we have been for the last 21 years. I feel blessed that we were able to raise our two kids in such a great community. I was a stay-at-home mom for 17 years and was very involved in PTA and my kids' sports. Once my youngest was in high school I started working at a privately owned optical office. I worked there for 4 years and thoroughly enjoyed learning about all aspects of the optical world. I joined Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare in 2021 as an Insurance Specialist. When I'm not at work I enjoy snuggling with my two dogs, playing board games with my family or hanging out with friends.
